Young Money Savvy launched TED-style conferences in 2017. The goal was to reach a broader audience and to use the conference platform to empower people on stage, and inspire audiences both at the conference and online.
ORDINARY PEOPLE EXTRAORDINARY THINGS CONFERENCE
The first conference theme was Ordinary People Extraordinary Things [OPET]. That is because we believe we don't need to be extraordinary to do amazing and cool things in the world. That's our belief: you can make an impact with what you got. Don't limit yourself because you're not a Mark Zuckerberg, Barrack Obama, or Kobe Bryant. Be you. Be amazing.
